How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all door cards less than 100cm anywhere in Australia, shipped with AusPost.
Door cards that measure over 100cm are concidered oversize and will cost $45 in shipping.

Do you offer Express shipping?
Yes, for door cards under 100cm. Express shipping costs an extra $34 sent with AusPost.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we send our door cards all over the world. International shipping is calculated during checkout and depends on the product and destination.

What kind of material do you use for the door cards?
Masonite - 2.5mm thick automotive grade masonite sourced from Europe and complies with all Australian standards and does not contain any harmful glues or chemical additives.
Tough Trim - Premium 2mm copolymer plastic, offering a modern alternative to traditional Masonite Door Cards. This material is 100% waterproof, UV-resistant, and mould resistant. Like our Classic Masonite Range, Tuff Trimm Door Cards are designed as a direct replacement for your original trims and are intended to be upholstered.
ABS - 2mm thick UV resistant ABS with a leather texture and custom engraved trim lines to give the door cards a more factory look.
Aluminium Checker Plate - 2mm (including tread) thick aluminium 5 bar checker plate.

Do the door cards come with clips?
Masonite - We only supply the blank masonite door cards and not clips. All of our cards are templated directly from factory door cards, so the clips used are the same as factory.
ABS & Aluminium - Because we change the fixing holes to line up perfectly with the vehicle, we supply quality reusable nylon push-through fasteners.

The masonite door card holes don't line up to the holes on the vehicle.
Many earlier model vehicles use offset clips, meaning the holes in the door card do not line up directly with the holes in the vehicle. This allows for adjustment when fitting. Because we template directly from original factory door cards, our masonite door cards are designed to suit the original clips.

Do your door cards come trimmed?
We only supply blank masonite door cards as we do not have the facilities to trim them.

Are they the same as my original door cards?
All of our door cards are templated from original factory door cards, never aftermarket or reproduction cards. Because of this we guarantee fitment, and if you experience any issues we will supply replacement panels or provide a full refund.

Can you cut extra holes in the door cards to fit aftermarket speakers?
We are unable to cut aftermarket speaker holes into our door cards. As all of our templates are based on original factory door cards, we cannot accurately determine speaker placement without having the vehicle present.

Can you leave out certain holes that come factory i.e. ashtray, factory speaker hole etc?
Yes. Simply leave a note during checkout advising which holes you would like omitted and we will manufacture the door cards accordingly.

Do you sell 1 door card on its own?
Yes. We can supply a single door card. Prices start from $59 for Masonite and $160 for ABS.

My door cards don't fit.
All of our door cards are templated from original factory door cards, not reproduction cards. If you have any fitment issues, we will supply the correct panels or provide a full refund.

What colour door cards do you offer? (Masonite and ABS)
Masonite - Supplied as blank boards ready for trimming in your preferred colour and design.
ABS - Available in Black, Grey and Brown.

Can you cut ABS door cards using the Masonite template?
