These door cards are a brand new reproduction of the original pattern and are precisely CNC cut from high quality Checker Plate Aluminium
Our Aluminium Checker Plate door cards are a great alternative option to the standard door cards as they are heavy duty and much more hard wearing. Our Aluminium door cards are made ready to fit right out of the box with no modifications required, all rugged Aluminium door cards come with quality nylon reusable plastic fasteners. Made from 2.5mm thick (including tread) checker plate aluminium, these door cards are fully waterproof and weatherproof.
As these door cards do not require any trimming or covering the foam that is situated underneath the vinyl covering on the factory door cards is not present. This will cause some door components (handles, winders, pockets etc) not to sit flush against the aluminium door cards.
